The post noted that he “genuinely enjoys collaborating with Sara.” He is keen to bring her in alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan. While no official casting announcements have been made, Shetty’s interaction with the rumour-heavy post was enough for fans to treat it as an unofficial hint. The Golmaal series is known for its familiar ensemble energy and recurring faces. So, the possibility of Kareena returning and Sara joining feels more believable than ever.
Reports are ripe that the actor Kunal Kemmu is set to be involved behind the camera. Known for his comic timing in earlier Golmaal films as Laxman, Kemmu is reportedly contributing creatively to the scripting process. Shetty is said to be workshopping ideas with a younger writing team. This is an attempt to infuse fresh humour without losing the franchise’s signature chaos and charm. Kareena has previously starred in Golmaal Returns and Golmaal 3. Sara Ali Khan made her debut in Rohit Shetty’s blockbuster hit Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh.
